As an applications consultant I advise customers in parts of Europe and Asia and in North Africa. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are very important to us at Lactoprot. So my colleagues and I are always available to our customers. My job includes visits to the customers’ sites. I present products, take a look at the production facilities and develop suitable concepts, depending on what the customers want. Very often they hope to reduce their costs while maintaining the present quality or even enhancing it. We then create the relevant formulations in our own laboratory.
