Outstanding quality has top priority at Lactoprot, because it is one of the most important requirements for the trust and satisfaction of our customers. In our philosophy, quality starts with the development process and continues with the raw materials used and an unbroken chain of supervision of all the production and delivery processes.
As our internal production standard, we use the HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) concept. It permits risk analysis and ensures that our products meet the stringent requirements of food purity and food safety at all times. Since the human factor is an important key to quality, we offer our employees regular training events and ensure that their knowledge keeps pace with the changing demands of their job and new production processes.
To permit external verification of our internal standards, all the Lactoprot production sites are certified according to FSSC 22000.
