Production Wiesmühl
The site in Wiesmühl focusses on production of caseinates with modified roller-dryers. Indissoluble fresh curd casein is converted into dissolvable caseinate via neutralization with alkaline hydroxide solution and subsequent roller-drying.
In addition, the liquid whey protein concentrate from the Leezen plant is spray-dried here.
Products from Wiesmühl are utilized primarily by the food industry, generally as a single ingredient in the production of yoghurt, coffee creamer, infant food, sports nutrition, diet products, as well as wine and meat industry items.
